Eric was born in South Africa, and grew up primarily in Canada. In 1997 Eric relocated to the United Kingdom where he founded the ITR Group, a wireless integration company that he would sell some 9 years later.

Since selling his business, and retiring from the IT sector, Eric has flown around the world six times and spoken for thousands of people in over 15 countries.

Eric also provides high-level executive life and business mentorship and coaching to leaders of industry, education and entertainment.

Eric speaks at charities and schools around the world and works with the Hollywood-based Dream Project which introduces kids to -- and involves them in -- the United Nations Millennium Goals.

Eric is both a member of and the USA Country Leader for the XL Results Foundation -- the largest network of Social Entrepreneurs in the world.

At heart, Eric is also still an
entrepreneur and owns and invests in
a number of businesses around the
world.

Eric now resides, with his angel,
Elise, in the Turks and
Caicos Islands.
